K6 - General Description

The Sennheiser K6 AA Powering Module is at the heart of Sennheiser's professional modular condenser microphone system and can be powered either by its internal 'AA' size 1.5 V battery or by 12 - 48 V phantom power. The K6 can be combined with various microphone heads to produce microphones with a variety of pick-up patterns. The matt black, anodized construction provides a scratch-resistant finish.

Switchable bass roll-off filter protects against rumble, handling, pop and wind noise, and the K6 also features an on/off switch. It has a high signal output, with low noise, and a transformerless balanced output on 3-pin XLR connector
